NEW: Country Blocklist Implementation
Responding to customer demand, uWebChat now supports restricting access for one or multiple countries. This feature, available for enterprise users and up, allows you to manage blocked countries with options to Add to Blocklist, Remove from Blocklist or Show Blocklist.
New: Help Menu Redesign
To improve user experience, the help menu has been redesigned. New features are now easier to locate, with various functionalities relocated behind top-level buttons. This redesign is the first step towards a more intuitive interface, and we will continue to seek ways to enhance user interaction with our bot.
New: Automated Greetings in Virtual Agent Conversations
We’ve added automated greetings through suggested actions when interacting with Virtual Agents. This feature, available for enterprise users and up, allows you to enable automated greetings on any group housing a virtual agent. Visitors will see three suggested actions when starting a new conversation, which they can click to ask the virtual agent a relevant question. If not manually set, uWebChat will dynamically generate three relevant questions using AI. You can find these options under Help -> Manage groups -> Edit an existing group -> Manage greetings message.

🐞 Fixed a rare issue causing a disconnect loop when certain OneDrive permissions weren’t properly set.
