Chatting via Speech-to-Text

With the uWebChat Professional and Enterprise license it is possible for chat users to communicate with Speech-to-Text. This means that chat users can talk (using speech) to uWebChat and the messages will be sent to the agent. To use this feature, chat users can click the microphone icon (see below).


The browser the website chat user uses may ask for permissions to access the computer’s microphone. This needs to be allowed, before this feature works.
